  This 14-unit project serving the physically disabled is part of a mixed-use development which includes a Goodwill retail store. The site required lengthy negotiations with the County to change the zoning to allow for this use. The final design used a series of smaller buildings which reduced the scale of larger individual buildings and provided a more "residential" feel. In addition to the zoning change, the County provided over $360,000 of County funds to supplement the HUD funding.

  This two-story, 18-unit complex was constructed to serve residents with a mental health disability. The complex was located adjacent to a day treatment facility and hospital. This helped facilitate out-patient care to the residents of the project. The Sponsor received a waiver from HUD to allow placement of the housing near a treatment-based facility.
